Our names are Ken and Jackie Pauley. We want to let you know about our wonderful experience with a Keller Williams Team, Mary Pat Ibbetson and Beth Leviner, TeamRoots out of Myrtle Beach SC. After being so discouraged by another real estate company and losing over $2000 due to misinformation and lack truthfulness from that company, we were going to give up our dream of finding our retirement beach house in Surfside. Then our friends told us of their neighbors Mary Pat and Beth.
We were so impressed with their honesty and sincerity about our situation that it bares telling your powers that be about our experience. This team never once said anything about us trying to put in another offer on a house, they just were there to listen and give us support. They took it upon themselves to try and see if there was anything we could do to recoup our losses. They did this with no other motive than they saw our disappointment in dealing with this other real estate company. They restored our faith in obtaining a realtor to work with and purchase a home. They showed us what a “real” realtor is supposed to do and be to their clients. We never had to leave a message on their phones or track them down. No matter what time of the day or night they were there. That’s customer service gold standard.
So now we own the sweetest little beach house in Surfside Beach SC! They worked to get us a great price even at their own sacrifice and they did what they tried to do in the beginning….they got our money back and then some!!! You need to know what wonderful employees you have!! Truly an example of your company’s vision and standards.
